Or if your Internet Explorer starts up only a blank page, you need to look at this.
This tip is showing on Internet Explorer. If it is done, each time your friend open the Internet Explorer, it will go to a blank page without navigation bar, menu barand command bar.
The navigation bar includes features for browsing webpages, searching the web by using a selection of search tools, viewing a history of visited pages, printing, and accessing email and newsgroups. The menu bar contains menus that open lists of commands for printing, customizing Internet Explorer, copying and pasting text, managing favorites, and accessing Help. The Command bar enables the user to access and manage favorites, feeds, shortcuts to home page, and more.
As a result the Internet Explorer can’t go to any other pages or open any new tabs, it just stay on the blank page. The effect looks as follow.
Then you just show up and fix it.
This only works on Windows and your friend’s favorite browser needs to be Internet Explorer.

2. Press win key and r key together, type gpedit.msc in the text box and press Enter.
3. Press Ctrl Shift and Esc together to call task manager, start a new task gpedit.msc.
Second, In Group Policy Editor, go to User Configuration/Windows Components/Internet Explorer.
1. Double click “Disable changing home page setting” in the right panel.Enable and set home page as about:blank.
2.Double click “Enforce full-screen mode” in the right panel and enable. And it’s all done, if you want the Internet Explorer back to normal, just edit the two keys above and set them as Not Configured. Hope this helps you.
