I am running Windows 10 with the edge browser. I mistakenly went to a page that keeps pulling up a popup that says spin the lucky wheel... and an ok button. I have not clicked the button. I closed the browser but every time I reopen it, it goes straight to that page, with no access to the tool bar or anything. I tried restarting the computer, no luck.
